How to get rid of DownloadNSave-Z [Adw] virus? I ran a full scan yesterday and my norton catched this virus. It showed me the position but I cannot find it by going directly to that folder. I am not a computer savvy, how can I remove it in manual way? Any help would be appreciated!

7. Combine Task Manager and running Tasks to figure out the malicious running processes related to the Trojan and then end them accordingly in both sectors.
Step two: End the service in Service function.

2. Double click on Services icon and remove/disable the service directing to suspicious location in Running Tasks.
Windows 7/Vista/XP
1. Press Windows + R keys together to open the run box. Type “services.msc” and click the OK button.
2. Remove/disable the service directing to suspicious location in Running Tasks.
Step three: Access Database to remove the items generated by the Trojan.
1. Press Windows + R keys together to bring up Run box.
2. Type regedit into the box and then hit the OK button to access Database.
3. Find out the following entries relevant to the Trojan and then remove all of them.
